I read this article about growing 100lbs of potatoes in 4 square ft. My garden beds are actually 4 x 4 so if I did this, I presume that my output would be 400 lbs of potatoes!?!…good thing I know of a good local farmers market….
Have you seen it before? I think I will give it a try this year….wouldn’t this be great for a restaurant kitchen garden?… limited space — massive output— perfect.
