Save a tree, Last minute christmas tree alternatives.

All the good trees are probably sold and, for what is left of the season, maybe it would be better to save a tree and get a last minute tree alternative.

I showed this to my husband and he thought it would be a great way for me to use some of the piles of magazines that I hoard — and then I could throw them away…Cute idea but my little glossies are not going out with the wrapping paper.

Or go one step further,  opt for a cardboard Christmas tree.  For each one sold, a donation is made to the arbor foundations “trees for America” campaign.

and finally, I love the simplicity of this ‘tree’

Ok- so not something that can be pulled off last minute, but this is just so beautiful I have to include it. I think A smaller version of this tree would be stunning in the lobby of a top hotel.  Made from Murano Glass, this tree stands 7.5 meters tall.
