Daily Garden: Funky Cottage
Today’s daily garden was designed by Brian Higley of Cold Spring NY. I am enjoying the casual-ness of the garden and even the 70′s woven lawn chairs seem just right in this eclectic space. Proof that charm and interest in a space doesn’t have to cost a whole lot. Do you like it? What is interesting to you?

The thing that really caught my eye is the path that weaves around. Paths like that give me the impression that there are things to see along the way, while a straight path says ‘get to the destination in a hurry!”

I agree with Laurie about the path. I like the use of slate with pea gravel. I also like how simple the plantings are.
